NYC 2018 Area Median Income (AMI)

Every year, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) calculates and updates the New York City Area Median Income (AMI) chart. HPD uses AMI to calculate rents for the affordable housing apartments and to determine applicants’ income eligibility for affordable housing.
